Products

AI-native products for the new economy.

Focused tools for professional work, built end to end across strategy, interface design, architecture, code, testing, and deployment. Each product turns general-purpose AI infrastructure into a specific working system: research, inspectable knowledge work, planning, formation, or strategy education.

Arca

A vault for the life you're building.

An AI-native work-task and life-practice management system spanning execution, planning, health, and wealth. The personal-systems counterpart to the broader question of how humans coordinate with intelligent software — the vault under the arch.

Arca runs locally on the desktop with an iOS companion for capture. Coaches, practices, and an immutable event ledger sit beneath a calm paper-and-ink interface. Built on Tauri + Rust with a Swift-based mobile companion.

Variorum

Knowledge work with inspectable source.

Variorum is the lead interface in a broader open-science infrastructure project. It is becoming a local-first workspace for AI-assisted thinking, writing, review, revision, and concept-to-artifact work where the source chain remains inspectable.

Underneath it sits Apparatus: a developing substrate for rough source, model transformations, human decisions, claims, objections, revision obligations, provenance, and disputed findings. The companion method is Recursive Instrument: AI-assisted knowledge work should be traceable, contestable, and reusable.

The public replay interface now uses synthetic source-genealogy cases rather than private manuscript material and includes a browser-side Ollama test panel. The hosted runner should default to open-weight infrastructure; frontier API calls remain explicit, gated escalation.

Identity Infrastructure · Working name

Atrium

Pseudonymous participation with institutional accountability.

Atrium is the product surface emerging from the Identity Regimes as Organization Design manuscript. It helps universities, journals, and other bounded institutions verify who is eligible, preserve continuity, and keep real identity shielded unless a formal governance process justifies disclosure.

The first build is deliberately small: a seminar and peer-review pilot where verified participants act through context-specific pseudonyms, leave signed provenance, and can be reviewed through a governed process if something serious happens. No blockchain, wallet UI, global reputation graph, or public identity ledger.

Decision Support · Paper experiment

TapeEdge

Structured market intelligence for asymmetric trades.

A confidence-gated financial decision-support system that turns live market data, curated high-timeframe levels, reward/risk discipline, fear and buoyancy scoring, and catalyst checks into concise morning briefs and level-hit alerts.

The design rule is deliberately strict: market data and deterministic gates are the source of truth; the language model is the analyst and writer downstream from structured evidence. The public experiment tracks a $1,000 paper account while hiding tickers, levels, prices, and trade theses.

Research Tool · Near release

Fieldwork

A qualitative-research companion for sensitive material.

Local transcription, speaker handling, and AI-powered thematic analysis built around the realities of qualitative research: interviews are sensitive, internet uploads are a non-starter, and the analytical work happens in iterations not single passes.

Built with local models so sensitive interview data never leaves the researcher's machine. Tauri + Rust desktop app. The point is to make rigorous qualitative work easier without giving up control of the material.

Governance · Pre-MVP

Founder Compact

What is fair here, before this becomes awkward?

A formation system for early teams: equity education, agreement generation, milestone-based vesting design, and an evidence ledger for mentor and adviser arrangements. Designed for students, nascent entrepreneurs, friends, part-time collaborators, and technical builders trying to answer a single question fairly.

The MVP combines four things: equity education, agreement templates, contribution and milestone tracking, and governance design — not as legal substitute, but as a plain-English playbook for people who are pre-incorporation, pre-lawyer, or pre-startup fluency.

Strategy Game · In development

Diwan

Strategy under GCC institutional conditions.

A GCC/MENA strategy simulation where students run firms, make functional trade-offs, and learn how regional institutions shape competitive strategy. A regional alternative to CAPSIM, with a connected business-level and corporate / national transformation layer — Vision 2030 logic, investment committees, governance, capital allocation, and institutional conditions flowing down into firms.

The name Diwan — strategic chamber, council, deliberation — covers both senses of the product: the classroom competition and the executive transformation game.

In Progress

Concept-stage products and longer-arc projects still taking shape.

Institution Design

University of the Future

An institution-design and education-product concept for the AI era. Working documents and a founders' letter. Concept-stage.

Book in Progress

The Recursive Mirror

Myth, fiction, and the politics of artificial intelligence. A book tracing how stories shape machines, and how machines reshape the stories we inhabit.
